The Wi‑Fi worked and you could store your bags for free after check‑out for the day. However, if you travel with a large bag, there are many stairs and no one offers help. The front desk staff watched and laughed while I struggled with my luggage. I also heard the front desk staff and cleaners talking about me and laughing, as if they assumed I couldn’t understand their language. The space was very small and the place was not clean at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

Note de 5/10 : en général auberge de mauvaise qualité, surtout au niveau de la salle de bain (qui est vraiment catastrophique) et du bruit, mais auberge qui est bien placée et qui m'a tout de même permis d'aller à New-York grâce à son prix en-dessous des autres. Points positifs : - Emplacement très bien, autant le quartier que la possibilité d'aller facilement aux autres endroits de Manhattan. - Matelas : confortables - Personnel : sympathique. Points négatifs : - Salle de bain : douches minuscules, eau des fois trop chaude, des fois trop froide, impossible à régler, intimité très moyenne. - Bruit : les fenêtres sont très fines, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue (j'ai carrément cru que la fenêtre du couloir était ouverte la première nuit), sans parler du bruit des occupants des autres cabines du fait que les cabines n'aient pas de toit. - Cabines : vieilles, lampe éclatée

I loved the decorations and vibe of the property. The facilities were all clean and very well kept, staff were lovely and really helpful. The pods are really small, but that’s why they’re advertised as pods, so there is space underneath the bed to put a suitcase if you need. Location was amazing, so easy to get around and see the city, super close to multiple subway stations, and there is a bus stop right out the front. There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about the property, personally
