The breakfast on the 16th floor was fine. The room got a little dark at night. Early in the morning, around 8:00, the 16th‑floor lounge ran out of boiled eggs, ham, and turkey.

Ken at the front desk has helped me on several recent stays. During this visit my AC wasn’t working, so Ken swapped my room for me.

A great hotel with a very convenient location—nearby malls, restaurants and bubble‑tea shops are all within easy reach. The only problem was that only one elevator was operating, and during my stay the lift was out of service, leaving me waiting for repairs.

Breakfast wasn’t listed in the ads, but after asking the check‑in staff it was included. It was decent. The location was great, right in the middle of a neighborhood full of restaurants and shops. The room price kept climbing. If I’d booked a few hours earlier I’d have saved $20, and if I’d booked a week earlier I’d have saved even more. I’m not sure why I was charged an extra $2 and didn’t bother to call the hotel about it.
