“Limpeza péssima”
The location was good, close to the Tietê bus station and the Santana and Carandiru metro stations, with restaurants and bakeries nearby. The room’s infrastructure was dark, with a light that barely illuminated the space, so I had to leave the bathroom light on for help. The room was old, and the “hotel” was an old motel that had changed its accommodation type. The room was dirty, the bathroom had no shower enclosure and flooded the entire space when showering, the bed was hard, the pillow was stiff, and the mattress was fixed to the floor with a dirty gap between the mattress and the bed. There was no hook to hang towels. The bathroom floor was dirty with sludge, hair strands, and a soap wrapper on the floor. Booking should pay attention to the accommodations it advertises. The doors were rotten; a 7‑year‑old child could push a door to the floor. The room window was filthy. Breakfast was a mercy, previously it had no “option,” it looked like the leftovers of a day’s breakfast and was set on a table. What saved the stay was the location and the shower, which at least had hot water. I do not recommend it; I stayed there because it was my first time in the city, I didn’t know anything, and I was there for only two days.
