Hotel Clover 769 North Bridge Road, situated in Kampong Glam, blends rustic and minimalist design. This hotel offers free local calls and Wi-Fi, along with air-conditioned rooms featuring flat-screen TVs, personal safes, and en suite bathrooms with showers and bidets. Suites include an outdoor hot tub. The hotel is a 7-minute walk from Bugis MRT Station and a 25-minute drive from Changi International Airport.

The location was excellent, the place was clean, and the toiletries and towels were adequate; we slept well, the bunk bed pleased the kids, and a baby crib was provided. The reception was cold, there was no housekeeping, and they didn’t refill water. Water is very expensive in Singapore. The room was pricey for such a small space, but that’s the local market; the window faced the street directly, so the curtains couldn’t be closed.

The area feels a bit unsafe, full of harassing crowds, so it’s best not to wander at night. The whole place is filthy and the neighborhood is infested with rats.

The room was small but suitable for a few days. The only downside was the lack of a hair dryer.

The spot was great and the staff were friendly, but the ceiling leaked, the floor and bathroom had scuffs, and the air‑con and lights were awkward—only one bed had a control and the other was noticeably cooler.
