They sent a confirmation for the booked room before we arrived, but when we got to the hotel they acted like they never received it and didn’t even know who sent it; the staff sold us the room for twice the price, and the cherry on top was a double charge to our account—essentially a theft. It took almost a month to resolve, and nobody ever refunded the money. On the last day there was no tap water, the electricity was cut off and a generator was turned on, the tap barely dripped, the toilet didn’t fill, and an unpleasant smell lingered in the hallway.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days in mid‑August and were very satisfied! We’ve chosen this place before because of the BASSIN. The rooms were fresh, the furniture new, and the sheets and towels were pristine. Breakfast was delicious—eggs, sausages, pancakes, coffee, jam, cheese, and cold cuts—so nobody left hungry. The staff were polite, the young people at the front desk were always happy to help, and a big thank you to the HOTEL DIRECTOR for the great room with a view of the pool. We’ll definitely come back!

The pool was solid and the staff were friendly, which made the mornings pleasant. The only let‑down was that there was no direct exit to the sea, so we had to walk a bit farther for a swim.
