Hampton Inn Castle Rock

I was traveling all day from Illinois to Colorado, and when I arrived the staff told me cats weren’t allowed (my son wanted to bring his cat to Ft Collins). They refunded me but the staff member was unhelpful; I won’t recommend this place—1.0/10.

The guest service was kind and friendly, and the pool was great, but the front‑desk staff told me I couldn’t swim until 8 even though it was open at 7; that jerk ruined my swimming—10.0/10.

“Overall, it was a pleasant stay, great location with a friendly staff and excellent complimentary breakfast.”

Friendly staff, a great breakfast buffet, and a good location, but the room was mostly clean except for hairs in the bathtub and on the counter that weren’t mine, and it’s a little pricey for a 2‑star hotel—9.0/10.

“Convenient location for golf, but let down by a poor breakfast and noisy rooms.”

The location was great for getting golf tee times, but otherwise that’s all. Breakfast was weak with few choices and the eggs were subpar, and the traffic noise was louder than I’d expected.
