“Übernachtung in Wien”
The location was good, but the check‑in process with the app was too long and complicated. The shower and toilet were cramped, and the bed smelled bad.

Only the shared lounge and the bathroom were decent; the beds felt subpar, the staff were unhelpful, and there were no lockers.

The facilities were very good.

Everything was simply perfect—staff, beds, sleeping areas, cooking options, support, location, and price. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you very much, and I’ll definitely return. The only downside is that checkout is unfortunately required at 11:00 am.
