The breakfast was excellent, and the location is superb, but the room we stayed in on the 3rd floor, room 302, was lacking: the furniture and TV are old and need repair or replacement. Updating the furnishings and appliances would make the stay more comfortable.

I liked the proximity to the event I attended, the staff were courteous and friendly, and the room was spacious. The sofa, however, needs a new cushion, the shower’s water spread could be better, and I would have preferred a TV in the room.

Good location. Noise pollution. Shows go on late and nearby bars play loud music. If you want quiet, this isn’t the place.

The spot was great, the room was spacious and the balcony was a bonus, but the mattress was awful—had a hole right in the middle. The shower was terrible and the shower stall was cramped. Breakfast was so bad that on the second day I went to the bakery for coffee. The room could have been better maintained; some furniture in the bathroom was broken. The AC worked well but a split unit would have been quieter.
