Lovely big apartment with everything needed

The place was clean and easy to get into, but when I got there the bathroom was locked—obviously a mistake—and the Wi‑Fi info sent in the email was wrong. I asked for help and the staff kept doubting what I said. A maintenance guy finally fixed the bathroom, and the Wi‑Fi worked, but the remote team still doubted me as if I had something to gain. They never apologized for the wrong Wi‑Fi details or the inconvenience.

I think Paradise City is a budget-friendly option for people using the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and generally comfortable. The building has several convenience stores nearby, plus great cafeterias and restaurants, so the location is convenient. I guess it’s less than a five‑minute walk to Paradise City. If you’re looking for a cheap stay near the casino, it’s a good spot. The facilities are a bit dated, and the AC made a loud noise when turned on (it quieted as the room cooled). There are hair dryers and toothpaste, but no disposable toothbrushes or razors. I don’t mind that the hotel is unmanned and the staff are far away. Travelers who are used to the road will manage, but if you need someone to ask for help when you’re stuck, this place isn’t for you.

The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. It would have been nice to have bath towels, but that’s understandable. In May I asked about early check‑in and didn’t get a reply until 8/1, close to the check‑in date, when I was told it would cost extra. It’s not a huge issue, but it would have been better to know earlier.

The accommodation sits close to Terminal One of Incheon Airport, and there are regular free shuttle buses between the terminals and the hotel. The host gave clear instructions on where to catch the bus, the building’s location, and check‑in details, which were easy to follow, so a big thank you for their effort. They even provided an accurate bus timetable. We used a key code, so no worries about key pick‑up or drop‑off; we came and went without problems. There was a washing machine, but we only stayed overnight, so we didn’t need it. The shower had great water pressure. The apartment was clean, with white sheets and comfy pillows, a microwave, and a fridge. Huge windows offered good views of the airport and Seoul, which was a treat. It was a lovely apartment in a clean building with a lift. The only tip: the free shuttle bus gets busy in the morning, so leave a bit earlier; other travelers can be aggressive and it’s a case of every man for himself, but the buses run often. We noticed there were no sheets, just a mattress protector and a doona, but that’s not unusual for Seoul.
