The mattress top wasn’t clean and the pillows were completely worn out, which was a problem.

The staff were friendly and the pool was great, and the Sunday market was a bonus, but the cigarette smell and the lack of curtains on the windows were annoying, and there was no outdoor lighting on the terrace for meals.

The property offers a very pleasant environment with ponds, a large shaded park, a pool, and walking or cycling paths, yet the building is old and poorly maintained; the rooms look like university dorms, the kit is minimal (no hair dryer, no shower gel, no bed linen, no bathroom linen), and there’s no sound insulation so you can hear the neighbours easily.
