They let me arrive late without any issue, thanks for that, but at the front desk the assistant grabbed my suitcase and I lost sight of it; when I pointed it out, nobody understood English anymore. The cups, plates and trays were unbelievably filthy; I asked for clean dishes and got none—everything was sticky with old kitchen grime. Filling bottled water from the tap was a no‑go. The air‑conditioner was left on, unplugged, and the fan rattled wildly, hitting the ceiling hole and making a constant clatter. For €12 it might be tolerable, but €24 is just not acceptable.
