The housekeeping team sent me a daily email about the cleaning, and they kept drinks stocked in the room. A 24‑hour convenience store right near the hotel was also a huge help.

The room was fairly clean, but it smelled odd, sometimes had no hot water for a shower, and the bathroom drained very slowly, leaving a lot of standing water on the floor after bathing.

“Conveniently located to eateries, shopping mall and weekend night market”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is definitely its strongest point, being situated right on Gaya Street and just a short walk from Sabah Suria shopping mall, with plenty of eateries nearby. However, I was quite disappointed with the poor insulation - I could clearly hear guests in the adjacent room chatting and the sound of doors opening and closing, which was particularly disturbing when I was woken up at 3am by guests returning to their rooms.

“立地・清潔感・コスパ良し！”

I was really impressed with the friendly staff, clean rooms, and fantastic location of this hotel, which made it perfect for tourism and offered great value for money. However, I did find the rooms to be quite compact, with limited views, and the elevator was a bit small. Additionally, I had to be careful when using the shower as there was no door.
