The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The riad’s location was perfect for a first visit to Marrakech, just a 4‑minute walk from the start of the souk. The only downside was the bed, which wasn’t comfortable for me, though everyone’s preferences differ.

This charming property has its own pool and spa, and the team led by Keltom provided fantastic service; honestly, it’s the best place we’ve stayed in a long time. Everything was great, but remember it’s a riad in the Medina, so cars don’t drive to the front door—though that’s part of the charm.

Everything was fantastic. Ayoub in particular went above and beyond, offering great advice and being very accommodating. The location is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.
