The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was impeccably clean, so I’d give it a perfect 10/10. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

“Nothing special - great location”

The location was convenient. The elevator buttons were sticky and there was no sign telling you to press and hold until the light turns red, so after arriving I spent a long time with my kids at the elevators until another guest explained it. I tried pressing the button many times and it didn’t work until I applied more force. A sign would help. The whole hotel had an overwhelming artificial air‑freshener smell that didn’t go away even after I reached my floor, which made me feel a headache because I’m very sensitive to scents. My room wasn’t swept at all; my son dropped popcorn on the floor the first night and the small pieces stayed there the whole time. The housekeeper brought fresh towels and remade our bed but didn’t replace the linens when the blanket was visibly dirty from a spill. I would have cleaned the floor myself if I had a broom, so I found it odd that the housekeeper didn’t sweep it—something any guest would expect at the bare minimum if the floor is visibly dirty. I didn’t have cleaning supplies, so I couldn’t tidy it myself. The breakfast area even offered off‑brand (Walmart) yogurt, which was strange. I usually stay at Holiday Inns because they’re higher in cleanliness and guest experience.

“Excellent Value and Very Clean”

The hotel was spotless and smelled fresh throughout. Breakfast choices were abundant and there was plenty of seating at the dining area. We were very satisfied and would book again if we ever return to Chattanooga.
