Situated on a quiet street, it provides free on‑site private parking and Russian‑speaking reception staff.

The beds were super comfy, with plenty of extra linen and fresh towels. The small communal kitchen had everything you needed except a microwave. The garden was beautiful, with a lovely outdoor table for picnic lunches, and the owner’s English was very good. There was no air‑con or fan, but Goris isn’t nearly as hot as Yerevan or Areni, so we didn’t need one. The shower pressure wasn’t great if anyone else was using water – no big deal. Wi‑Fi signal in the rooms was weak.

Good value for money. The hosts are wonderful, rooms are clean and new. The big supermarket with a food court is 3‑5 minutes by car, but there are shops closer by. It’s more of a wish than a criticism: I’d like a microwave in the shared kitchen and a hanger in the room.

The guesthouse was excellent, everything was very clean and tidy. The courtyard was spacious and lined with trees. The people were friendly and heartfelt ❤️ We had a great time 🫶 Thanks 🥰
