The hospitality and friendliness of the staff, the small‑scale feel, a superb breakfast and delicious food—all fresh! The filtered water is clean with no grit, and you can tap it unlimited into a glass bottle! Everything is eco‑friendly; no plastic straws or bottles. The lounge music is pleasant—not too loud. The rooms are super clean, and the pillows and bedding are great. Nikki at reception is the most helpful person I’ve ever met; nothing is too much for her. The accommodation is 10 minutes from the airport—perfect after a long trip! We’ll definitely come back. The only downside was that we had a connecting room. The hallway door let the neighbors’ noise and light through. It’s fine if you’re traveling with kids; otherwise, opt for a standalone room.

The hotel sits on a hillside, giving a fantastic view and a real sense of being in nature. The staff were outstanding, and they arranged a driver named Steve who was available 24/7 to take you anywhere on the island at no extra cost.

“Highly recommend”

We had a great time! A family of seven stayed in two rooms. The resort is stunning, with charming rooms and beautiful gardens. We booked the two‑bedroom sea‑view villa right by the pool, and the kids adored the water. The facilities were spotless, and our room had streaming services, which helped keep the exhausted kids entertained in the air‑conditioned space. Beds were comfortable and rooms were well maintained and clean. The front desk team were exceptionally friendly and helpful with suggestions, while the restaurant staff were attentive and kept a lovely eye over the beach. It was a very quiet period of the year, and even though the front was being extended, we didn’t notice any noise. The resort’s eco‑water bottle refill system was a nice touch, and the 7‑11 across the road was convenient for the kids. The walk to the shops was short, and we simply walked along the beach and rode back. The location is peaceful, far from any party scene. We rented a car for the day, which was a great way to explore the island. The only things we’d suggest are adding recycling facilities, face cloths, and Asai Smoothie Bowls.
