The staff were helpful and treated us well, but the location was bad, far from the center, the furniture was old, the bathroom was outdated, the breakfast was poor and not varied, and the price was extremely high.

The room was spacious and reasonably priced, about a 13‑minute walk from the nearest station, and you can take the M3 to the center from there. The staff were lovely and polite. The only issue was that the entrance was confusing for first‑time guests: the same gate serves cars and pedestrians, so it took us a while to realize we had to press the button outside the main car entry gate to get in, with no separate walk‑in entrance. Adding English instructions near the button would help.

The staff were friendly, the air‑conditioning worked and the room was clean, making it a solid base for Milan with a huge breakfast selection. We arrived from Tuscany early afternoon and could go straight to the room. We spent two days taking the metro (about a 10‑15 minute walk) into Milan centre, but walking back in the dark felt a bit uneasy; had we known we could park near the metro we would have done so for the evenings. Apart from that, the walk was fine. The hotel was a little noisy and in one room the air‑conditioning occasionally emitted a loud hum.

The location was very convenient for exploring Milan, especially if you’re driving. Free parking is a great perk, and the nearby metro makes city travel easy and stress‑free. The room was comfortable, and although the breakfast was minimalist, it was perfectly adequate. Overall, a pleasant and practical stay. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, and the walls are thin, so noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard.
