The location is good, on the edge of Menteng. There’s a laundry where you can wash for free yourself, and a paid service is also available. The pool looked good, but we didn’t use it because Jakarta is a very polluted city and we preferred to stay indoors due to the smog. Our first room had bathroom problems with a lot of squeaking noises. The hotel tried to fix it, but when the noises returned, they gave us a different room. The price‑quality ratio feels a bit off.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are huge with great décor, breakfast is amazing, the rooftop pool is stunning, and the location is perfect. The customer service is premium.

A great hotel in Jakarta. Highly recommended, and there’s free 24‑hour laundry available. The staff are charming.
