I would stay here again the next time I’m in Siem Reap. I purposely avoided staying downtown but wanted to be close enough to the town centre and Angkor. Hak is an amazing and generous host, and his family is delightful. The guesthouse and room are clean, the air conditioning works well, and the shower and toilet are standard. Hak helped make my 3 weeks in Siem Reap highly memorable. The hot water wasn’t always very hot, but I’m willing to overlook this as a) you don’t really need hot water in Cambodia and b) the value for money is still outstanding.

“Nice comfortable hotel, away from downtown core”

I stayed in a spacious room equipped with a fridge, kettle, powerful air‑con, hot water, Wi‑Fi, TV, and a balcony overlooking the garden. The bed was very comfortable, and towels and linens were changed on request. Laundry service was available, and the on‑site restaurant served great, filling meals at low cost. The pool was clean and open for swimming, and there was secure scooter parking. Owner Hak, his wife Ming, and their family were pleasant and helpful. The only minor issue was that Wi‑Fi was sometimes a little slow, but overall the stay was very enjoyable and I would return without hesitation.

“Le rêve”

You absolutely have to go to Hak’s place! It was the best spot on our trip. Everything was wonderful: the room was hyper‑clean and comfortable with a stunning terrace, the garden was so pretty and soothing with a magnificent pool to relax in, and the dishes were so delicious we ate until we couldn’t eat anymore! It’s close to the center—less than 5 minutes by tuk‑tuk—yet still quiet. And the endless kindness of Hak and his family. Don’t miss this place if you’re in Siem Reap, believe me.

“Great place, friendly family and staff”

I loved the gardens, the pool, and the amazing food at the restaurant. The owner was extremely friendly and helped with everything we needed. The location was a bit out of town and quiet, which I appreciated. I would definitely stay again. Unfortunately, the beds were a little hard for our liking and the shower wasn’t the best, but we didn’t mind.
