“Noisy and the room is never dark at night”

The staff were friendly and very helpful, but the room attached to the kitchen or main house was noisy; I could hear footsteps and conversations from the main house, especially at night, and even when the lights were off the room stayed bright due to light leaking from the main house.

“Bad”

The staff were rude and the alcohol was expired. I booked a double bed but received two single beds and had to join them because the lady said there was nothing she could do. Our stay was just bad and we didn’t enjoy anything; the bathroom pipes were also faulty. I didn’t like anything.

“A modest price for a very low budget establishment.”

The bedding was clean and the shower water was hot, but the place clearly needs maintenance: both external and internal doors were dysfunctional, the gate was manual only, the shower rose was broken, the toilet leaked, and no bath mat or towels were provided.

The environment was clean and the service friendly, but I wish there was more privacy in the bathroom.
