Ryan and Massimo were absolutely exceptional as hosts; we were taken care of extremely well. The rooms were impeccably clean and the attention to detail was taken to another level. The house feels magical, as if you can sense 300 years of family history… honestly, part of me would like to keep it a secret for myself, but I’m already telling my friends! The garden is serene and the views from our room were beautiful. Everything was perfect.

Ryan and Massimo were amazing! Their willingness, dedication, and all‑round helpfulness went beyond expectations and made the stop truly special. It was fascinating to chat with them, they helped plan my days and shared great ideas on where to go, what to see, and where to eat – and all those spots were fantastic, leaving an unforgettable memory! Thanks for everything! 🥰😄 I just wish I could have stayed longer because the hosts and the place itself are super!

Massimo and Ryan’s hospitality is genuinely friendly and attentive while remaining discreet. The house is charming, with décor made of selected furniture and objects that tell the place’s story. The garden and pool share the same charm and offer a clear view of the hills. The countryside is beautiful and peaceful, and we found many excellent tables, especially thanks to our hosts’ recommendations. In short, a pure pleasure that starts with breakfast served in the garden this season. A big step in our opinion! If you’re looking for a sleek, ultra‑functional modernity – which I also like – you’re in the wrong place. Here, authenticity offers a rarer, more seductive pleasure.

Massimo, Ryan, and their team gave us a wonderful welcome; we felt at home as soon as we crossed the gate. The garden and pool are perfect for a relaxing stay among the green hills of Bologna, the ideal spot to unplug! The property is tastefully furnished with care and respect for its history, and the center of Savigno is easily reachable on foot. I had to leave!
