A lovely buffet breakfast, a nice front‑room overlooking the sea, and access to the sister hotel’s games room and well‑stocked bar. Tram and bus stops are close by, so I’ll definitely book again for a future Blackpool trip. The tight parking can trap your car for the whole stay; if you plan to drive, chat with the host first—they’ll try to help, otherwise walk to a nearby public car park.

The place was very clean and the bed comfortable; the host was welcoming. The advert claimed parking was free, but there’s an £8 a day charge—this is a bit misleading. The description reads: “Free WiFi Parking Hotel bar.”
