The staff were good, yet they seemed disorganized.

The bed was very comfortable, the room had air conditioning, the facilities were great, and the heated pool was a highlight; we liked everything. The first day the TV didn’t work, but after we called it was fixed; they never explained how the room key card operated for the light or that you had to recharge it at reception, and the internet was a bit slow. Otherwise it was fine.

The rooms are very comfortable and the pool is among the best in Melgar. The only thing I didn’t like was the location: it’s in a very central, congested area with too much motorcycle and truck noise, and twice a motorcycle woke me up.

The rooms were super comfy, and the food was really tasty. I could relax right away and the meals kept me satisfied all day. Overall, a pleasant little stay.
