Linda’s reception was extremely friendly, the private parking felt very reassuring, and the room was clean. However, the room’s soundproofing was lacking and the breakfast was disappointing.

The address was completely wrong; the correct one is a 20‑minute walk away. The bank didn’t accept PAL, and the hotel was located in a badly damaged stairwell. The breakfast coffee was industrial‑style and not healthy.

The place was clean, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the street noise was loud. The kitchen was very modestly equipped.

I did not receive the booked accommodation, but instead a place that was spontaneously 45 minutes on foot away; after I pointed this out to the owner, I was not given the option to cancel but instead accused of having to make a payment in advance, which was not agreed with Booking, so I had not made the payment even though the booking was confirmed; I advised her to make this clearer on the website; everything else was bad.

The rooms were meticulously maintained and spotless, the kitchen was fully stocked, the coffee machine was outstanding, and the hostess was welcoming. I recommend booking the parking.
