The staff are nice and helpful. Clean. The dinner is good. The off site phrase rooms are away from the main hotel. Unfortunately facing the main footpath to the parks, and the toilet just in front of the rooms. The security main depends on the customer to lock the main door. Only two chairs and a small table in the room. You can't relax to sit. Noises are easy to hear. We have to walk on the up hill road to the main desk then a distance corridor to the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. We are fortunate no rain

Everything was good. We did not sign up for breakfast. The onsen was especially very good and a wonderful respite from walking around the town ! However the hotel needs to pull down the sign that says pay 100 yen at the reception for another towel. While we did not ourselves need to do this as they left fresh towels at our door every day, the sign looks ridiculous for a hotel of this calibre ! Please take it down !
