The Indian guy at the counter was utterly unhelpful, insisting there was no reservation and claiming the booking info was irrelevant because it wasn't on their computer; even after I called booking support and showed him pictures and booking numbers, he kept saying nothing existed. Then a lady appeared, agitated, telling me there would be an extra charge for the kids—despite the policy that kids stay free—and that payment had to be in cash because they wouldn't swipe anything under $10 due to computer glitches. The customer service was terrible, and the location, noise, and lobby smell were also off-putting.

“Definitely a nice surprise”

I was greeted with an incredibly friendly welcome at the front desk, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. I requested a ground‑floor room and received a handicapped room with an amazing shower: a huge walk‑in tub, anti‑slip decals, and grab bars around the perimeter. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and the overall experience was budget‑friendly. I found nothing to criticize about the hotel.
