“Will not prefer again holiday inn chain”
The location and staff were very good and helpful, but the interior felt very old, the towels were unclean, and it only met Holiday Inn standards.
“Enjoyed our stay”
Deborah and Hamira delivered exceptional customer service, treating us wonderfully and making our stay memorable, but the hotel brand looks tired and could use an uplift.
The services were very nice, especially Hamira at the reception, who was very good and friendly.
“Well and good”
Everything was great, and there was nothing to complain about.
“We had 2 short stay. Both good”
The staff were very helpful and the hotel is very close to the CBD, yet it needs updating with new towels and other amenities.
