The exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We loved the beautiful colonial architecture, peaceful garden and terrace, and the excellent location in the heart of Oaxaca, just a short walk from the Zócalo, restaurants, cafés, and street food. The complimentary bottled water and continental breakfast were wonderful touches. Most of all, the personalized service made us feel truly cared for and at home

El lugar es muy lindo, la amabilidad del personal. La pieza muy cómoda, todo impecable. La presión de la ducha no estaba mal, pero podría mejorar. Creo que los precios son elevados en comparación con otros hoteles turísticos de otros lugares, ya que aparte de la habitación y espacio para comer, no tiene más servicios
