A small local Filipino hotel, very friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Note that it caters to Filipino rather than European guests, so expecting a European breakfast is unrealistic, especially at the price being charged. There are hotels that focus on this market with equivalent prices, which I don’t think represents good value; you’re paying for the name. Also, there’s no elevator, so if stairs are a challenge, consider a different venue.

Location is good, walking distance to a lot of restaurants/cafes/eateries, including SM. Room is spacious, bed comfy, and wifi is strong. Receptionists are approachable and polite. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food - although on our second day, food seemed to have run out by the time we got there at nearly 830am. Nothing significant to note
