The service was very good, attentive and warm, and the sea-facing spot was great for swimming.

The location was wonderful and the hotel had its own character, but unfortunately the room was dirty and didn't look like the pictures, and the price was too high for those conditions.

The location was right on the beach with AC, and the staff were friendly. However, the pillows and sheets had stains, the shower head was broken, there was only one light switch in the room and it lacked protection, the blinds wouldn't close all the way, and overall the room was quite degraded.

The whole staff, especially Ana and the cleaning crew, provided incredible service. They were attentive and very pleasant, and we felt super comfortable during our 4 nights. Without a doubt, this will be our reference spot if we return to Cullera.
