The club downstairs was really loud during the middle of the week at night; otherwise everything was perfect.

“We won’t be back!”

The location, pool, and rooms are nice but feel a bit dated and could use refurbishment. The downstairs dance disco kept going until after 2 am each night, and even though we were on the 15th floor the heavy bass kept us awake for most of the night; the helpful young man at the front desk offered to move us to a room on the other side of the hotel, but at 80 I wasn’t up for moving in the middle of the night. No attempt was made to stop the disco, so it seems that three nights of disco a week bring in more money to the Hilton Group than a few disgruntled guests who will never return.

“Until next time 😁”

This was my fourth stay at this Hilton and I loved it again, especially meeting new people and the food and beverage manageress—she’s great. The staff were amazing; Rondy at the beach bar looked after us every day and Eric with the sports bar team was fantastic. Big thanks again to Jenny and the front desk staff, spot on. The only downside was having to return to the UK.

The facilities were clean and well maintained. The only downside was the lack of variety in restaurants.

The staff were excellent in every way. They couldn't do enough for you. The 1/2 board was excellent value. The pool and beach were also excellent. That we didn't stay longer
