The room was large and airy, and it was quiet. However, there were no slippers, cosmetics, or bathroom accessories in the rooms, and after the cleaning staff left, they didn't replace the dirty glasses left behind. They don't offer room service in the evenings, so if you want water you have to go to the reception and get it yourself. Even though it's a four‑star place, the service has noticeable gaps.
