I booked a two‑night stay for my daughter at Henrys Sleeping in Augsburg, and on the first evening around 23:00 she discovered the room was infested with bed bugs. She couldn’t sleep and tried to call the hotel, but no one answered; emails and messages went unanswered too. Eventually we reached out ourselves and were told we could book another place and get the costs refunded. The next day, Henrys Sleeping sent us a message—never a phone call—saying the bugs would be removed, but since no other room was available, my daughter was asked to return to the same room. She left the room at about 01:00 because of the infestation. I find it unacceptable that we were offered no immediate help, no alternative accommodation, and then told we could stay in the same room again. The hotel refuses a refund of the night’s price, claiming the pests have been removed, but it is not reasonable to expect her to sleep in that room again, especially if insecticide was used and the safety of the room is unclear.

“Excelente relación precio-calidad”

La ubicación es muy buena en el sentido que es facil llegar con el tram. Pero no hay mucho para hacer en la zona cercana. Me gustó que la disposición de las camas te daba mucha privacidad. Los colchones eran amplios y cómodos, las sabanas y frazadas eran nuevas, las toallas también, asique dormí muy bien y estuve muy cómoda. La gente que se quedó en mi habitación fue muy amable, respetuosa y silenciosa, asique no tuve ningún inconveniente. La cocina es cómoda, no tiene refrigerador pero tiene todo lo que necesitas para poder calentar tu comida y comer. Definitivamente la relación precio-calidad es muy buena. Volvería sin dudarlo. El personal super amable, respondió mis consultas cada vez que lo necesité. El baño no estaba tan limpio como me hubiera gustado, obviamente que eso depende de los huéspedes de la habitación asique no es culpa del personal, que limpiaban muy bien 1 vez por día todos los días. No me gustó que las camas no tenían luz de noche, asique tenías que alumbrarte con tu celular en la noche para no molestar a los otros huéspedes de la habitación. Los lockers son algo pequeños, asique una maleta grande no entra ahí, pero una mochila o equipaje carry-on si entran bien. Y otra cosa que no me gustó es que el edificio no tiene ascensor, pero yo ya lo sabía al momento de reservar. Este hostel me parece una excelente alternativa si no eres exigente y estas buscando algo donde puedas descansar cómodamente en una estadía corta

“Unkompliziertes Übernachten, schöne Einrichtung, guter Kundenservice”

Everything was brand new and beautifully set up, and the bathroom was clean and new. If you arrive early, you can park your car in the driveway, though parking spaces are limited. The main drawback is that there are no women‑only rooms and the noise level can be an issue. A man in my room snored extremely loudly all night, and the hostel and windows are right next to a busy street, but traffic drops at night, so it didn’t bother me much.
