I could get into my room without any staff, which was convenient, but apart from tap water there were no drinks offered, not even a paid vending machine, and the nearest place to get something was at least 2 km away.

The rooms were tidy, which was the only thing I could say was good, but we received a transponder at the check‑in screen that doubled as the front‑door and room key, and our room was on the first floor with a non‑functional lift (not mentioned anywhere), leaving wheelchair users stuck with a narrow staircase that was far from pleasant. The room was unbearably hot with no ventilation or air‑conditioning, which was unacceptable. Although the brochure and website suggested you could request a weekend breakfast, nobody answered the phone—neither we nor another couple got through. In today’s world that’s a complete no‑go, and the entire weekend there wasn’t a single staff member in sight; weekdays might be fine, but the weekend was an absolute no‑go.
