The location was nice and check‑in and check‑out were quick, but the hotel wasn’t very clean: there was hair on the floor in the bathroom corners, spider webs on the bed headboard, and it seemed understaffed, which left me disappointed.

The place was quiet, but I spotted a roach and had to kill it—Orkin is definitely needed.

The location was fine, but the bridge closure and the 383 bus reroute caused trouble; the receptionist couldn't tell me where to catch the 383 that runs down West 127 & Cicero Ave to the CTA Orange line, so I had to lug my luggage to about 5001 W 127th to get the bus. The receptionist’s lack of information and the long walk were frustrating, and the bed was far too hard.

The motel room was decent for a motel, though it lacked a fridge and a microwave.

There were no homeless people around, but everything else was terrible.
