The scenery was very nice, truly recommended for those who love the view. The room was very spacious with complete amenities, clean and comfy, and it even had a jacuzzi. This resort offers many activities and fire shows at night, and the staff were nice and welcoming. Thanks to them, they even sent food to our room during heavy rain, which we really appreciated.

We liked this resort; on the beach, the staff were kind and helpful. The pool was clean. The food varied and good. In this part of Tioman Island, at Juara, it is the best resort seen.

It’s located in Juara, a truly beautiful beach; if you want to rest and disconnect, the hotel has everything. The staff are very friendly, the location is great, the restaurant menu is rich, and the prices are reasonable. I thought we would be very isolated, but there are no nearby convenience stores or cafés. It’s a beautiful place I would happily return to. The bed could be a bit softer, and I would add an option for breakfast included – it’s only à la carte. I would also increase the number of beach pillows.

We loved being right in front of the gorgeous beach equipped with free gazebos, loungers, mats and daily‑fresh towels, plus a beach shower and plenty of foot‑rinse taps at the resort entrance and around the pool; the spacious family‑standard room with pool view offered a balcony, fridge, hair‑dryer and air‑conditioning, and we could request towel changes and room tidying whenever needed. Laundry was quick—even same‑day—and the front‑desk staff were always available, knowledgeable and professional, handling any request beyond their duties and replying fast to pre‑arrival messages; the on‑site restaurant, bar and beach kiosk served a varied breakfast of both local and international items like croissants, toast and waffles, and you could also buy from nearby kiosks or join boat trips, bike or scooter rentals, massages, taxis and boat‑taxis. The restaurant team stayed smiling and friendly, though service wasn’t flawless and the menu wasn’t always fully stocked—a common island quirk that they should mention when you order, and you have to ask for napkins or cutlery—but their cheerfulness made up for it. The beach was almost empty, giving the whole area a calm, quiet vibe, and everything closed at 22:30.
