住宿地方距離JR大久保站約2-3分鐘、距離JR新大久保站約5-6分鐘， 附近有咖啡廳、餐廳、拉麵店、藥妝店、水果店、便利商店⋯，對於跟長輩同行的家庭非常方便。 房間很適合家族和朋友一群一同旅遊的小團體，電器用品冰箱、洗衣機、電磁爐俱全，唯一要注意的是晚上聊天必須輕聲細語。. 電視似乎網路天線有問題，無法觀看電視，但是聯絡房東就馬上過來處理。

“Gute Lage, aber ungemütlich, finster und muffig”

Good location, one station to Shinjuku, quiet. The apartment is large but uncomfortable: dark, old wood, a bit stale, no windows to open or place to hang damp towels, so the first bedroom smelled musty and even biting. Door frames were only 170 cm tall, hitting my head four times, and the bathroom mirror only reached my chest. There were too few power outlets, ceiling lights had cords instead of wall switches, and overall it felt under‑equipped. It was okay for 3–4 days but not comfortable, definitely over‑priced. Also, the exterior should be labeled with “Wakiaiai” and the trash bin was hard to find.

The apartment was fully equipped and beautifully arranged, giving off a cozy vibe that made me feel right at home immediately. Its central spot put everything within walking distance and was perfect for getting to the biggest sights in Tokyo, yet the building sits on a quiet side street so nighttime was peaceful. I couldn’t have asked for a better place.

The location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from two train stations, so finding your way around is a breeze.
