“Decepcionante”

The only thing good was the location, yet the hotel charges a high price for the stay, offers almost nothing, adds a fee to store luggage, refuses to let you check in early even by 10 minutes, some staff seemed indifferent to your presence, we found the air‑conditioner off and the shower not heating, and I had to ask several times before they fixed it.

The beds were comfy, the room was spotless, the location was great, and the breakfast was wonderful; the staff were very polite and helpful, but the shower didn’t heat up and there was a bit of mold in the room.
