The staff were rude and the service was bad; they were aggressively hostile.

Customer service was excellent, and there was nothing negative.

“Good stop over with comfortable rooms.”

After our intercontinental flight we spent a night there and it proved to be a solid choice for that purpose; the place was simple and had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast, however, was not really a breakfast, so don't set your expectations too high.

“Not worth the rate we paid and not happy about my experience.”

The location was good and the property appeared clean, but the rooms weren't ready when we arrived, so we had to leave and come back. The receptionist took my name down and said she would call me when rooms were ready, yet nothing was cleaned at 3:30 when I arrived. Even after returning two hours later we still had to wait. The beds were uncomfortable to fall asleep on and made noise when you sit or move, and the blind was damaged. I will not stay there again and I need a discount off my stay.
