“Loved it!”

The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and quick to help, and the breakfast spread was simply amazing. Our balcony room offered stunning views and the pool area, with its comfy cabanas and bar right at our feet, made lounging a breeze. As first‑time parents we appreciated the baby‑friendly touches—cot, high chair, pram, nappy bin, and even daily puree—plus the exclusive lounge access when we flew home. It isn’t cheap, but that’s the norm on Hamilton Island.

We loved the spot—right near everything we wanted and a private pool that felt like our own little oasis. The downside was the thin walls; we could hear suitcases being dragged and early‑morning birds right through the door, which made it hard to sleep. Otherwise, the location and pool made up for the noise.

“Over all experience does not live up to it’s Price”

The rooms were comfortable and the location convenient, which made getting around easy. Unfortunately, the restaurant fell short: the dinner menu forced us to order the same dish as each other, and breakfast was a slog with long waits for a seat and a waiter‑only service that killed the relaxed vibe. To top it off, our coffee never showed up and was even forgotten on the last day.

“It was relaxing with great staff and great location”

The staff were friendly and the hotel’s location was spot on, making it easy to explore the area. The property itself felt a bit cramped: there’s no proper lobby, the pool is tiny, and the breakfast buffet offered limited choices. Still, the service kept things pleasant despite the small scale.
