“Go and stay the property”
I had an excellent stay at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location right next to the bustling Mall Road. The staff, particularly Pawan Thakur, were incredibly humble and genuinely good people who made me feel welcome and at ease. The owner of the hotel was also a kind and considerate individual who took a personal interest in ensuring my stay was comfortable. However, I must admit that the property itself didn't quite live up to my expectations, despite its many positive attributes.
I recently had a disappointing experience with my hotel stay. Although I had specifically requested a King room with a balcony, I was given a different type of room upon arrival. The initial room didn't meet my expectations, and I had to request a change. Unfortunately, the hotel's failure to honor my booking request left a negative impression of my stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was courteous and responsive. The check-in process was seamless, and I was impressed by the hotel's hospitality. What truly made my stay special, however, was the hotel staff's thoughtful gesture of decorating my room for my anniversary, which made the occasion truly unforgettable.
