The parking fee!

I liked the clean rooms and the good food, and the design was nice too, but the location was a bit of a downside because it took 15 minutes to get to SJC. All in all, everything else was fine.

I think parking should be free for guests staying at the property; paying an extra $20 a day feels steep—at least offer a flat rate for the whole stay. The parking fee was the only downside, and the locker safe in the room didn't really work.

The room was modern and comfortable, but the breakfast could have been more varied.

Everyone was polite and everything ran smoothly, except for the pool.
