“Just 1 night stay but very enjoyable”

The hotel is dog friendly, the room was very nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The dog friendly fee was a little high.

“Beautiful rooms, great hotel staff, nice casino...hard bed..eat elsewhere!”

The room was super spacious, well lit, clean, and quiet. There were plenty of pillows, and the refrigerator had a clear door so you could see what you had inside before leaving. The bathroom was outstanding and even had q‑tips in a lidded container on the vanity. I appreciated the security feature in the elevator. Parking was close and well lit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was hard as a rock. The buffet restaurant inside the hotel only opens Fri‑Sun, so we had to eat at the Sports Bar down the hall. My husband had pork chops that were thin and hard, barely cuttable, and I ordered meatloaf that had a big uncuttable wad in all four slices – something I’ve never seen. The broccoli looked great on the plate but was hard and barely cooked. The waitress never returned to check on us or refill drinks. The $68 meal was awful! We were exhausted after a 12‑hour travel day, having only had a breakfast sandwich and snacks. To say we were disappointed in the food choices, quality, and lack of customer service at their restaurants is an understatement, and then to top it off with a severely hard bed.

“Excellent”

A very nice resort. I recommend bringing a sweater to the casino, because they keep the temperature chilly. I can’t think of anything we disliked; the room was clean and comfortable.
