Customer service here is excellent; everyone I met was amazing. The room I stayed in was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was great—be sure to try the orange juice. If you’re traveling without a car during a heatwave, the location isn’t the most walkable for food or other necessities, but most people will likely have a car.

I appreciated the staff and the cleanliness, but I didn’t like the old, outdated, and very uncomfortable beds.

The spot and the cost were great, but they cut the water supply at 10 am for repairs.

Denise in the restaurant on the Breakfast shift was very pleasant, cheerful, and attentive. We really enjoyed our interactions with her each morning. and the Breakfast was delicious, too. I loved the hotel layout, and it was nice to find the stairs (my preference) close to the elevator, rather than at the distant end of some hallway (though maybe there are stairs there, too). The room layout was very convenient and pleasant. * The bed wasn't all that comfortable. In the morning I had to do back stretches and exercises to loosen it up. * I was in room 211, which I liked -- except that: 1. I could hear the talkative woman in room 215, through the wall, without trying. Perhaps I wouldn't have noticed it, if I had the TV on, but I didn't. 2. It would have been nice if instructions were posted: how to turn the refrigerator on (the way it was labeled, I was afraid it would turn itself off after 2 hours). I was freezing in my room and couldn't get the controls on the unit to respond, so I called the front desk for help. It would have been helpful to find a notice on the unit which advised me to "Control Unit via Thermostat on Wall." 3. The plumbing. Twice in my 2 nights there, when I was not using the sink, the water in the pipes backed up and gurgled up into my sink (bringing some dead gnats with it). * The lighting near the bathroom mirror (and the bedroom mirror) was too dim for applying makeup with confidence. * Was the hotel at capacity on Saturday night? My friend and I got the last two parking places. Any guests who arrived or returned after we did, would have had to use the parking garage
