Nothing good at all! The staff, especially the manager, was awful. The room was rented out even though it was still listed as available on Booking. We had booked and paid for it, but when we arrived there was nothing free; the manager wouldn’t refund our money. Only after persistent waiting and arguing did she finally reimburse us after more than an hour.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, but the rooms smelled of cold smoke that didn’t come from the rooms themselves; that odor filled the whole alley where the accommodation’s rooms were located, and for me, a very scent‑sensitive guest, it made for a creepy night.

I’ve stayed there before; the staff are friendly, the food is good (even in the evening at the restaurant), the rooms are larger than many other places, and they’re set up in a practical way.
