“Bom, mas o serviço não entrega o que cobram.”

The beach and dinner restaurant, especially the special romantic dinner, are worth it and the beach service is very good, yet the accommodation service is lacking, breakfast is ridiculously expensive for what it offers, pigeons are everywhere on the food, staff don’t control them, options are limited, and on the day the service was supposed to be included it wasn’t delivered while on another day it was charged.

The location with a nearly private beach is excellent, protected from the winds on the other side of the island, and the staff’s friendliness and attentiveness score a 10; nothing to complain about.

The beach is stunning and the location on a beautiful bay is great, the grounds are fabulous and the rooms with sea‑view terraces are lovely, the hotel is very quiet, some staff were very engaging, kind and helpful, Hanta at reception was wonderful, Kevin, Edward, and Benson in the restaurants were very kind and professional, and Marcus at the beach area was also super helpful, but the evening was too quiet and I would have liked more music or events, though the Creole night was fun.

“Séjour très agréable dans un environnement privilégié avec un personnel bienveillant”

The staff are attentive, the location at the end of a cul‑de‑sac is very quiet with no noise, there’s a real sense of serenity, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable even though the construction isn’t the newest, they fit well into the environment, and the large beach at the foot of the hotel is truly beautiful; nothing to add.
