The owners were completely welcoming, the accommodation was cozy and fully equipped with a private pool, and it served as a good base for beautiful hikes in and around Gorges du Verdon and for visiting nice villages; the only downside was that there was only a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, but we were lucky to have great weather and could eat outside fine.

The location, the vibe, and the peace were spot on, and Mrs. Cathy’s sweet, flawless greeting made us feel right at home. At night, a faint noise—probably a little critter nearby—was audible, but that’s to be expected in the countryside surrounded by the beautiful Verdon mountains.
