The 1906 Lodge, a historic Coronado B&B, is a 5-minute walk from Coronado Beach. Luxurious rooms feature fireplaces, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. The room was small, but it’s close to shops, restaurants, the beach, and the golf course; our room faced the street, so it was noisy.

The lodge was charming and vintage, the interior decor was cozy, and the location was prime. Having beach chairs, towels, and bikes available was wonderful, and the cookies and drinks were delicious. We loved our room, though it would have been nice to have a fridge in our king room; there was one nearby we could use.

The hotel was within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and beach in Coronado, yet it was in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise. We enjoyed the peaceful setting for breakfast and happy hour.
