The accommodation was beautiful in Javanese style. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. We received a breakfast package on the day of departure and the breakfast on the excursion day was ready at 6 am. Dining here is also very good. It is a bit farther from the city centre, but a Grab ride gets you there quickly. Because it is outside the centre it is quite quiet.

The team was very friendly and accommodating, which compensated for many of the negatives. When we left at 3 am for an early flight, four breakfast sets were waiting for us. The rooms were clean, so considering those things, the most important aspects are good. The hotel was empty and slightly outdated. No one was there for the four days. The facilities, especially around the pool, were a little rundown. Breakfast was 40–50 minutes late the first days, but the team was so sorry that they made a joint effort to make sure day 3 we were served right on time.

The hotel was charming, not large, with original and atmospheric décor. The indoor garden with a pool was particularly enjoyable. The breakfast didn’t meet expectations, and some parts of the interior could use serious cleaning or a fresh coat of paint or other maintenance.

The hotel was very good, well‑located, with friendly staff and plenty of charm around the pool and lobby. The sheets and towels still had a few stains.
