The room was clean and spotlessly tidy, right in the middle of town. I was just a supermarket away and only a ten‑minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to São Luis. Easy to get around and very comfortable.

The owner was super friendly and helpful, the place was clean and quiet, and it’s practically next to restaurants and everything. The only hiccup was that there’s nothing on the street to tell you it’s a pousada, so you have to look a bit harder to find it.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating, letting us use the parking while we drove to Atins. The house itself is just so charming—every detail feels welcoming.

The location works well, and even though the place doesn’t have a sign, the owner texted us beforehand so we found it with no trouble. Mr. Augusto was very nice and let us in early, which was a big help. I didn’t expect any fancy perks for the price, just basic stuff like a shower with water—though the pressure was weak and only one of us could actually get a shower, plus we couldn’t adjust the temperature. On top of that, a rooster started crowing at 3 a.m.
